BodyParts3D geometry: © The Database Center for Life Science. Current official dataset grant is Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International, updated 2025-02-27, permitting partial data and derivatives. Source: https://dbarchive.biosciencedbc.jp/en/bodyparts3d/lic.html. Credit: “BodyParts3D, © The Database Center for Life Science licensed under CC Attribution 4.0 International”. Source release4.0, ISA obj_99 (99% polygon reduced). Original OBJ bytes preserve the historical CC BY-SA2.1Japan comment; current licence snapshot and README are packaged separately. Derivative changes: mm→m conversion, glTF axis conversion, derived smooth shading/material colours and selection metadata; no subdivision, anatomical rig or tissue deformation. Retain source IDs/hashes/member names in source-manifest.json and source evidence.

Walking data: Moreira2021, Figshare article13169240v1, ASCII archive file26902613. Explicit CC0 dataset grant: https://api.figshare.com/v2/articles/13169240. Selected Participant1/V4/T2/rightSt1 source arrays retain original samples; derived stride time and linear interpolation documented. Paper rights are separate (CC BY4): https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8041842/. No MATLAB example code is executed or required.

Three.js r180 and supporting OrbitControls/GLTFLoader/BufferGeometryUtils/SkeletonUtils: MIT, ©2010–2025 Three.js Authors. Vendored bytes are pinned in candidate manifest; original licence headers preserved and MIT permission notice packaged. https://github.com/mrdoob/three.js/blob/r180/LICENSE.

Educational cards are factual original paraphrases of the cited institutional references; no third-party photographs, illustrations or copied atlas text are included. These references do not certify mesh attachments or constitute geometry reuse rights.

Separate raw landmark replay preserves the source common timestamp overlap0–3.02s,24skin markers and8signed EMG channels. MarkerXYZ are explicitly remapped(X,Z,−Y)×0.001m for a fixed right-handed display; actual ground translation remains. Connections are illustrative, not bones. No raw volts→%MVC conversion or mesh registration.

## Separate donor-fat reference

Healthy Total Body CT public segmentation/metadata: CC BY4. Primary collection https://www.cancerimagingarchive.net/collection/healthy-total-body-cts/ . Donor001,label35Torso-fat only; source mask SHAca460699bf5410f5e3432d672a958fa082f291f16169979b4656a4fa0ddf2519. Full-resolution Lewiner extraction, no smoothing/filter/decimation; sourceaffine, winding, ninecheckednormals,72digitalcontacts preserved; faithfulGLBfloat32serialization. Controlled rawCT excluded. Exact source/rights/processing records in rights/fat and evidence/fat; native/NPZ/sourcecompressedmask in authoring/fat. MITsoftware doesnot relicenseCCBY4assets.

## Recorded squat source model and recording

Scherpereel et al. AB09 squat public dataset: CC BY4. Source landing, licence RDF and original README retained in rights/native. Gait2354 original model explicitly CC BY3 with Delp, Loan, Hoy, Zajac, Rosen, Thelen, Anderson and Seth credits embedded in the original .osim; integral legacy display geometry grant inference and exact pinned87d13a39195d4af3cf668c10ba6d718d0d8f8706 member lineage retained in evidence/native. Preserve all original notices. No exception found in actual19VTP headers; no invented repo-wide licence. Source meshes scaled once; numeric replay does not establish clinical accuracy. Two unresolved source polygons are rendered only as original cyclic boundary lines. Original VTP/model/MAT/CSV, source arrays and editable first-pose native snapshot are in authoring/native. Source raw voltages are not physiological activation or force.

TCIA mask source is verified Version3/current20260923 archive and the clinical workbook explicitly linked by that version. Published portal archive size differs from actual HTTP85,445,051bytes; Range/member CRC/hash and version trace are retained without claiming a complete archive SHA. Donor fields are source-reported metadata, not independently measured by this project.

## Representative exterior and population defaults

MPFB2.0.17 pinned80919fa4682335c41847f761a4d79dcad4124732: program/pristine source and authoring helper GPL3-or-later, separately retained in authoring/exterior with source licences. Its explicit CC0 geometry/targets/generated-output grant applies to the evaluated body/source displacement data. Independently authored ruler, fit, browser and worker code MIT; no AGPL MakeHuman measurement code copied. Source does not confer clinical individual accuracy.

CDC NHANES2021–23 original official BMX_L/DEMO_L data and2021Anthropometry Procedures Manual are public US government publications, not relabelled CC0. Source files, hashes, official URLs and method/eligibility/weighted calibration are retained. No CDC endorsement implied. The representative lower-abdomen/right-arm geometric sections are not asserted protocol-equivalent to source survey tape measures; population defaults are approximate with between-person uncertainty. No source hip ruler accepted.

## Additional static tissue references

BodyParts3D v4 obj_99:34 cartilage/disc source objects and17 other connective objects are a partial same-coordinate-frame reference. Current source CC BY4 grant and attribution remain in rights/bp3d-license.html; each retained OBJ also retains its historical CC BY-SA2.1 Japan notice. The application and independently authored serializer are MIT; source anatomy is not relicensed MIT. Seven ambiguous source objects remain raw-only. FJ2764 retains its one original authored shading-normal exception(face202/corner1/vn125); no normal reversal, geometry cleanup or filtered face was applied. Exact original OBJ, source-ID arrays, editable source-topology Blender snapshot, conversion/normal exception and independent source checks are retained. Neither source identity nor reduced surfaces establish precise attachment footprints, clinical accuracy or complete tissue coverage.

## Direct ontology references
UW Foundational Model of Anatomy5.1.0, commitc6f70808ba2859b88cb0b8362c34fa9017c6f96a, CC BY4.0. The preserved direct expression extract and optional nerve-supply design records are derived from this ontology; application MIT does not relicense data. No parent/head/side/inverse facts are inherited. Exact source restrictions are existential/non-exhaustive class assertions, not measured donor-specific innervation or geometry. Attribution, licence, version, source hashes and selected source IDs are under ontology/. Raw208MB source is separately preserved; it is not required by the runtime panel.

The extended squat clip is extracted from the same held AB09 recording and unchanged source model. Its651 filtered poses/6501raw samples preserve exact source clocks and values; no new acquisition, reconstruction, smoothing or signal normalization. Earlier active clip/native snapshot is separately retained.

## Finite educational anatomy facts

The three principal study-card families are independently written factual paraphrases with primary-paper URLs and claim identifiers. No third-party figures, atlas/table prose or clinical corpus was copied. Their source papers do not grant or certify the mesh geometry, measured signals or individual medical accuracy. Independently authored application code is MIT; all existing asset/ontology/data grants remain separate and unchanged. Preserved source/claim inventory: authoring/clinical/three-muscle-clinical-fact-candidates.json.

## High-knee source trial

The original AB09 high-knee toe-jog MAT/CSV members come from the same CC BY4 dataset as the accepted source-native squat. The reused model and integral legacy display meshes retain their separately pinned CC BY3 grant/credits and source notices. The MIT application/processing does not relicense original data/model assets. Exact member identities, original files and numeric processing readback are under authoring/high-knee and evidence/high-knee.

## Further partial static references

The 103 additional BodyParts3D obj_99 source meshes, including 30 neural/ganglion, 71 artery and two lacrimal gland objects, retain the current BP3D CC BY 4.0 grant and each original OBJ historical BY-SA 2.1 Japan comment. Original raw members, normal/corner ID arrays, exact three GLBs, native Blender snapshot, selection/97 held records and independent source checks remain in the preserved original package. The MIT application does not relicense them. These are partial source references, not complete nervous, vascular or organ systems; no physiological flow, secretion, route or clinical claim is inferred.
